I really want to do competition cheerleading but I have stage fright. Does anybody have any advice to get over stage fright. Also these cheerleaders are awesome!

I seriously couldn't do cheer! I'm a gymnast and one of my cousins is in school cheer. Me and two of my cousins can do level four stunts, but none of us can do a back handspring.... or back walkover. Well, I sort of can.

Yes, they had great energy to be able to pull off a 2 min 30 sec routine, but I expect more facials (which are just as important as everything else) from the Stingrays. And they didn't have a basket toss section. 2 mins and 30 secs is a regular Allstar routine which means a basket section is required for them to max out. Yes, they had some scattered throughout the routine. But, not a section where everyone on the team is doing them. If they are prep, they have a point off for 30 seconds overtime with the music, and another fairly large deduction for the the basket in the back of each tumbling section. They did great, but either way, they didn't max out.
